1. What is your favorite part about working in construction?  
My favorite part about the construction industry is the people that I have the opportunity to work alongside. This industry is fast-paced and competitive, and the work ethic that it takes to see a building from the start of drawings to completion is admirable. The process isn't a walk in the park, but the final product and accomplishing goals with amazing people, make it worth it every time!    

2. What is a challenge of working in construction?
The challenges can also be some of the most rewarding parts of the industry- with a fast-paced work environment, comes the importance of adjusting to the situations at hand and handling them in a timely manner. No day is the exact same and no project has the same conditions, which keeps things interesting but also presents daily challenges. Having the insight and confidence to implement a new tactic when things don't go as planned, can be the key to completing a successful project.
