1. What motivated you to start working in the construction industry?
What motivated me most to become a welder was that there’s always room to do better. I started working in structural fabrication right after high school, and it’s the only career that I don’t think I could ever get bored of doing.

2. What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part about my job is constantly learning new things or ways to improve from the guys who have been in this field a lot longer than I have been.
