1. What interested you in working in the construction industry?
It has always interested me to see the process of things being built or look at blueprints. I love the aspect of construction when you get to see a project from start to finish, where it starts with an open canvas and ends with a completed structure.

2. What is the most rewarding part about working in construction?
Here in the office, we are the support system for our guys out in the field. The most rewarding part is knowing that I’m helping them get what they need and making their jobs easier.
