1. What is your favorite part about working in construction?     
The sense of community is one of my favorite things about the construction industry. It takes a village to build even the smallest of projects. At Cooper Steel, the importance of community is everywhere- No matter the department you’re working with, there is always someone there willing to help and cheer you on.         

2. What advice would you give someone who is thinking about working in the construction industry?
Build trust and creditability. Both trust and creditability must be earned- learn the industry, be a good team member, take ownership of your work, communicate, be confident, and be dependable.
