We're excited to highlight Caroline Hannum as July's #ConnectWithCooper! Her dedication, creativity, and positive energy shine in her role as Senior Marketing Coordinator, and we couldn't be more grateful to have her on our team. Thank you for all that you do, Caroline!

"As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, I help support both our internal and external marketing efforts. From social media content and project proposals to presentations and pre-erection booklets, no two days look the same.

One of my favorite parts of my role is getting to work with teams across the company to help share the stories behind the hard work happening in our shops, offices, and job sites. I enjoy finding creative ways to support our teams and highlight the people who make Cooper Steel what it is.

It's easy to stay motivated when you're surrounded by talented, hardworking people. There's a creative energy within the marketing team and across the company that makes every day rewarding. Getting to work alongside people you genuinely enjoy and believe in is a motivator all on its own.

Of all our core values, "Be the One" resonates most with me. To me, it speaks to the history of Cooper Steel and where we're headed, and it's a reminder that each of us has the opportunity to take ownership of our work and make an impact — no matter our role.

Cooper Steel has a lot of moving parts, but at the center of it all are the people. It's exciting to be part of a company that continues to grow while staying focused on what matters most. I'm proud to play a small role in helping tell the stories of the employees who make that growth possible."
